The Claymore Sword is typically made out of silicone and is designed for display purposes only. It was invented by builders in Russia as an alternative to more expensive swords that require special handling and steel materials that must be stored at low temperatures for long periods.

Swords were no longer simply functional tools but became works of art, with beautiful and intricate hilts and guards. And as warfare changed during the medieval period, so too did the medieval swords that were used. 

There are a lot of reasons why the medieval period is often cited as the best time for swords. For one, the technology of sword-making was much more advanced during this time than it was in earlier periods. This meant that swords were stronger and more durable than ever before, making them ideal for both combat and display.
